REFUND & Return POLICY
You can return any product purchased from us if the product is damaged or defective upon arrival or you have received any other item.

• In order to return the product you will have to notify us via customer support with the Order ID and details of the product defect with evidence.

• Our customer care center agent will call you back. If you have received an item that was damaged or defective upon arrival, you can return the item within 2 days

• Please attach the invoice received with the order or a photocopy of the invoice with the return for us to track your details.

• For All return shipments, cost will be borne by the customer

• Items damaged by the customer will not be eligible for return or refund

• Items purchased on discounted prices will not be eligible for return or refund

• Refunds will only be processed once the item is received by pakshoponline.com

• Once we receive the item back at our warehouse and its not damaged or broken, we will issue a refund cheque and send it through mail or transfer through bank account
